Various models with flexible floor plans can be combined in our most efficient unit, the Cubital-6. The 2F construction utilizes six to eight interlocking frames, fully plumbed and wired with pre-installed appliances, unit bathrooms and efficiency kitchen options. The interior area of 90sqm is dividable into multiple apartments, with an expandable total footprint of up to 120smq including decks and walkways.
